Saturday morning: Sight-seeing in Avranches
Avranches is such an authentic small town in Normandy. On Saturday morning, you will taste its local products at its outdoor market. From its public garden, you will enjoy the whole view of the Bay of Mont-Saint-Michel. You will also visit the Museum of Mont-Saint-Michel and learn more about its ancient manuscripts. Your children will play with recreational games especially designed for them.
For lunch, you will taste French cuisine in a small and traditional restaurant.

Crossing the Bay of Mont-Saint-Michel is the most stunning way to discover it with your family. Your crossing will start from a fisher village, in Genêts. You will enjoy a spectacular view, along the coastline, in Bec D’Andaine. Then, with your guide, you will go through quicksand and learn more about its unique ecosystem.
You will arrive at Mont-Saint-Michel around 5pm. You will enjoy walking inside Mont-Saint-Michel, through its cobbled streets and behold its view from the top of its Abbey.
On the evening, you will have a traditional dinner in your guesthouse and spend the night in this charming 19th mansion.

After your generous breakfast, you will visit an educational farm in which your kids will learn about farm animals, crop growing and milking process. By the end of your visit, you will taste farmhouse products.

You will discover Fougères and its outstanding castle. In the Middle Ages, Brittany was a turning point in French History. A lot of medieval castles have been built against the Kingdom of France and Fougères played a key role in it.
After visiting the castle, you will enjoy an hour-walk through Fougères historical center.
